Group fitness is back and we are ready to kickstart this season with YOU!

Join Coach Mat for his newly revamped group training session where you will be able to assess, evaluate, and dominate your fitness goals. With innovative workouts, focused on improving overall muscular strength, HIIT, cardio and core, the 45 minutes action packed class with leave you sweating and wanting to come back for more!

Come brighten up your day with this spin fusion program while maintaining COVID-19 Safety Protocols! This class is designed for the individual who is looking to lose pounds, improve their cardiovascular system, and to tone muscles. Is that you?

muscleSPIN has the foundation of a Spin Class with sprints, rolling hills, heavy hills, jumps, and hovers. We hit different muscle groups off the bike with 30-second max rep workouts to blast your muscles. It is a muscle burning and sweaty workout plus you'll be trying not to dance with all the great tunes! All levels – bring your A game.
