Core + Stretch with Pherrin

Core is a HIIT style workout. We work core, obliques upper and lower abs. We then slow it right down and stretch all your tight muscles from head to toe while working on the breath. Stretch will have you leaving relaxed and stress free.

Appropriate for all fitness levels.

  • Monday: 7:50 - 8:30 pm

Get ready to work on cardio, strength, agility, core and so much more!
Great for all levels of fitness and combines resistance training with cardio intervals.We will focus on functional movements using kettle bells, TRX, medicine balls and more to improve total body strength and conditioning.

  • Wednesday: 7:00 - 7:45 pm

Muscle Spin

This class is designed for the individual who is looking to lose pounds, improve cardiovascular system and tone muscles. This class has the foundation of a Spin Class with sprints, rolling hills, heavy hills, jumps, and hovers. We hit different muscle groups off the bike with 30-second max rep workouts to blast your muscles. It is a muscle burning, sweaty workout and you will be trying not to dance with all the great tunes! All levels – bring you’re A game.

  • Saturday 8:30 - 9:15 am
  • Monday: 7:00 - 7:45 pm
