Fitness Class Schedule

AwakenCORE: A 30 minutes innovative class that focuses on the overall development of your core. From shoulders to the hips you will have worked muscles you never knew existed.

AwakenHIIT: A 30 minutes non-stop high-intensity class that will help promote quicker weight loss and cardiovascular endurance.

AwakenSTRENGTH: A 30 minutes full-body strength class that will help each participant build a solid fitness foundation. From muscle-definition to power, you will notice unique strategies to make you live a stronger and healthier life.

Introducing a NEW class I will be running called AwakenYOU on Wednesdays at 7:15pm!
AwakenYOU is a 30 minute mindfulness and flexibility class that allows each participant to learn new ways to stretch and unwind from a busy day.

Class times:

  • AwakenCORE: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:05-7:35pm
  • AwakenHIIT: Tuesdays and Thursdays at : 7:45-8:15pm 
  • AwakenSTRENGTH: Tuesdays and Thursdays at: 6:30-7:00am and Sundays at: 11:00-11:30am
  • AwakenYOU: Wednesdays 7:15pm

Unlimited class
 passes give members and non-members the ability to attend any classes listed for a 6 week period

Standard Cost:

-      Members: $95+HST

-      Non-members: $125+HST
