Group Fitness Class Schedule
AwakenCORE + HIIT : A 45 minute fusion class that focuses on the overall development of your core and a non-stop high-intensity interval training portion to promote quicker weight loss and Cardiovascular Endurance. From the shoulders to the hips, you will have worked muscles you never knew existed!
- Class times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:10 - 7:55 pm
*In the upcoming session, we are introducing a NEW class called AwakenYOU!
AwakenYOU: This NEW class incorporates different types of training styles from developing your Cardiovascular Endurance to improving your overall strength. Classes will vary from a "bootcamp" format to "group strength training".
- Class times: Wednesdays at 6:15 - 7:00 am, Saturdays & Sundays at 11:00 - 11:45 am
Current Session: 6 Weeks (May 26 - July 6) *No classes July 1st
