Fitness Class Schedule
AwakenCORE: A 30 minute innovative class that focuses on the overall development of your core. From shoulders to the hips, you will have worked muscles you never knew existed!
- Class times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:05pm
AwakenHIIT: A 30 minute non-stop high-intensity interval training class that will help promote quicker weight loss and Cardiovascular Endurance.
- Class times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:40pm
AwakenSTRENGTH: 45 minutes of a full-body strength workout that will guide each participant to build a solid fitness foundation. From muscle-definition to power, you will notice unique strategies to make you live a stronger and healthier life.
- Class times: Saturdays & Sundays at 11:00am
