Group Fitness Class Schedule

AwakenCORE + HIIT : A fusion class that focuses on the overall development of your core and a non-stop high-intensity interval training portion to promote quicker weight loss and Cardiovascular Endurance. From shoulders to the hips, you will have worked muscles you never knew existed!

  • Class times: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:10 - 7:55 pm

AwakenSTRENGTH: 45 minutes of a full-body strength workout that will guide each participant to build a solid fitness foundation. From muscle-definition to power, you will notice unique strategies to make you live a stronger and healthier life.

  • Class times: Saturdays at 11:00 - 11:45 am
AwakenBOOTCAMP:  This NEW class incorporates different types of training styles from developing your Cardiovascular Endurance to improving your overall strength. In 45 minutes, you will be able to feel every muscle in your body working while keeping your body in the fat burning zone.
  • Class times: Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:15 - 7:00 am and Sundays at 11 - 11:45 am
