From full-body strength programming to utilizing the high caloric burning HIIT method, you'll be walking out of Fitness Awakens workouts feeling stronger and full of energy. Tuesday's & Thursday's at 7:10 - 7:55pm
Saturday's at 9:45 - 10:30am
Unlimited class passes give members and non-members the ability to attend any classes listed for a specific period no classes on statutory holidays.
