Fitness Class Schedule

All classes are designed to aid in core strength, balance, endurance and 

to tone your body. They will reduce the risk of disease and stress, 

increasing energy levels and overall health and fitness

2018 SESSION 3: TRX Training May 14 through June 2 Monday & Thursday 6:00 - 7:00pm

All sessions are $120+HST [Non-members] / FREE [Members]

*All classes must have a minimum of 6 participants to run


CORE Ball: is a class for all fitness levels utilizing the stability ball
