Fitness Class Schedule
All classes are designed to aid in core strength, balance, endurance and
to tone your body. They will reduce the risk of disease and stress,
increasing energy levels and overall health and fitness

SESSION 1: TRX Total Body Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 - 7:00pm, April 3rd - May 26th
SESSION 2: TBD September 4th - October 27th
SESSION 3: TBD October 30th - December 22nd
All sessions are $160+HST [Non-members] / FREE [Members]
*All classes must have a minimum of 6 participants to run
TRX Total Body: Work out from head to to using your bodyweight to develop strength, power, endurance, mobility balance and core stability while incorporating the TRX straps.
